Our Policies & New Safety Guidelines for Services 


*Temperature will be taken upon arrival for all STAFF MEMBERS and CLIENTS.

*EVERY client MUST wash their hands before picking their color and starting their service.

*We are now providing complimentary beverages (only for clients getting services).

*Due to a high increase in supply prices, we are forced to add a 3% fee. Effective June 12th, 2022.

*KR Bonita is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment.


Appointment Policy 

*We take appointments over the phone. Walk-ins are welcome but not guaranteed.  

*With appointments, ALL services require a $ 20 deposit. In case of cancellation or if you need to reschedule, please give us a call 24hrs before your appointment so you can get your deposit back. Otherwise, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.


*If running late, we provide 15 mins grace period. Otherwise, your appointment will be rescheduled and require a new deposit.


*If feeling symptomatic, please call us 24hrs before your service so we can HONOR your deposit and RESCHEDULE your services.

*When booking your nail services, please specify if you wish to get nail art. Be aware that it takes extra time and is NOT part of any nail service.

*No call, no show appointments will be charged full-service when booking a new service.


Service Policy


*We have a 5-day NO CHIP Policy. If chips occur, please call us so we can fix them free of charge. Gel services ONLY. After five days, all fixing services will be charged. BROKEN nails are NOT part of this policy.

*Please let us know if you have any MEDICAL conditions before your service. Be aware that we do NOT treat FUNGUS and CAN'T provide service.

*We have a NO REFUND policy for all salon services.

*Our TEAM is Barbicide Covid-19 certified. so rest assured we’ll keep practicing our sanitation protocols before, during, and after each service.

*Unfortunately, our salon is not childproof, so please make all necessary childcare arrangements before your visit. This policy ensures a relaxing experience for you and all our clients.

*We TRULY value our relationship with our CLIENTS. Therefore, we DON'T tolerate disrespectful conduct in our salon.
